It’s taken almost 30 years, but Jack Torrance’s novel has finally made it into print. Perhaps if self-publishing were an option in 1980, he’d have been nicer to his family.

Phil Buehler, a fan of the classic Kubrick horror The Shining and the Stephen King book it’s based upon, has published the book that Jack Nicholson’s character obsessed over in the film. It’s available on blurb.com for just US$8.95. Here’s daddy …
