Share a piece of unusual architecture and WIN this quirky architecture book

In the new book HOUSE (see review here), authors Aleksandra Machowiak and Daniel Mizieliński seek to expand perceptions of what a house is by introducing children to 35 of the more unusual, distinctive and quirky houses found across the globe.

Taking you on architectural journey far and wide—from Poland to Portugal, Iran to Australia—this book makes global architecture a witty, fun, accessible and educational experience for children—and as we discovered when the book was in our office—adults too.

But as much as it pains us to have to part with our copies of the book, we know that sharing is good.

How to win

To get HOUSE into your house, simply share a link with us (and we'll post the picture) to the most unusual form of architecture you’ve come across. Easy.

It is hard to brake it down on only one, but I managed to decide on two, I hope that's fine:

I have to share the twisted, crooked and bent spire of the 14th Century church in Chesterfield, England.

Not all of its strange characteristics are intentional design features - but it's beautiful as well as charming.

I've been inside it & it's just lovely. :)
