Fresh back from We Can Create, here’s one video that really stood out to us. The rather tall Tomas Roope, digital practitioner at the UK’s The Rumpus Room, shared this video with the audience as part of his talk on Friday. Apart from being visually very impressive, the RSA Animate, adapted from Dan Pink's talk at the RSA, illustrates the hidden truths behind what really motivates us at home and in the workplace.

I have seen this several times and sent it to countless colleagues - it's simple message of finding instrinsic motiviaiton in a role where you have autonomy, mastery and purpose is inspiring. So much so our American founder is not only trying to build the Silkroad business around this but also to build it's principles into our Saas HR technology.
