Leather floors the height of recycled luxury
By Design Daily Team,

Some people collect shoes, others, bags. London-based designer Inghua Ting's thing is belts.
Ting reworks old leather men's belts into bespoke square floor tiles, resulting in a "beautiful, glossy and hardwearing" surface.
Available by the square foot, the material is also suitable for table and bar tops, walls and feature areas.
Each vintage belt is hand-selected, then stripped of metals and cleaned before use. They're pretty labour-intensive, so should you decide to discard your tiles further down the track, Ting's people can even recycle them into an entirely new product.
