The workshops are held from 7-9am and cost $80 for members and $95 for non-members. More information at www.gettingagrip.com.

The internet! But really, I'll find anything to avoid doing what I'm supposed to be doing. Looking up tracheotomies online (I don't know how that happened), reading the newspaper in the staffroom, reading a book in a bookstore I have no intention of buying - or reading, but I'm reading it anyway!
