Fashion design duo Annelie Augustin and Odely Teboul dropped by AUT recently to look over work by year three textile students at AUT.

The students have been working on a design brief for the pair’s label Augustin Teboul and the overseas designers gave the students feedback and ran a workshop.

German-born Augustin and French native Teboul set up their label in 2012. They graduated with honours from Esmod Paris in 2006 and Augustin then workd for Yohji Yamamoto for Adidas. Teboul went on to work with Jean Paul Gaultier.

“It was a great privilege to have them spend the day with our textile students,” says AUT’s head of department, fashion and textiles, Andreas Mikellis.
