Spark partners with The Briefing to target mid market leaders

Fresh from its re-brand away from Telecom, Spark New Zealand has inked a partnership with the newly-formed business network The Briefing to reach leaders in the mid-market.

The company sees big growth potential in this market and hopes its involvement will benefit its customers in that space.

“The mid-market is so important for New Zealand – it’s where so much of the growth potential is for jobs, innovation and wealth creation,” says CEO Simon Moutter. “With so many of our customers in this sector, we have a lot to share. But we’re also keen to learn.”

Spark joins AUT and ASB as partners of The Briefing. AUT vice chancellor Derek McCormack, chairman of the network, welcomed Spark as a leading technology company.

“The Briefing is designed to inspire and guide leaders through a world of change. As a leader at the forefront of technological change Spark will make an excellent partner.”

Spark formally announced the partnership at an event this week where the network launched its third report, on authenticity in branding. It has previously released The Digital Tsunami: Managing Disruptive Innovation; and Getting Smart With Data.

The member-only research forum and network was launched in February 2014. It’s run by Idealog’s publisher Tangible Media, part of Image Centre Group.
