NR Design's Philosophy in regard to design:
We are dedicated to provide you with innovative, integral, quality design solutions based on a clear understanding and interpretation of the clients brief. We enjoy and have experience in a variety of building types and styles, from small residential renovations, additions or new average sized homes and apartment fitout schemes. we also have interest in shop, cafe and bar fitouts and are happy to consider other projects.
NR Design is a sole proprietor/operated company, operated by a passionate undergraduate Architectural Designer, which has seen his current situation in these economic times, as an opportunity to seek projects of his own and form a small business to help assist his costs as an architecture student and build a reputable design / architectural firm able to contribute to the way the community lives.
I am looking for the challenge of a design project whether it be a small residential renovation or addition, a new home, interior fitout scheme, or a commercial project to provide all the services to provide you with a building of your desire.
NR Design can offer all of the services below or as many you require which are listed below.
-Conceptual design from a brief drafted at the time of our first consultation.
-Sketch Design proposals of a number of suitable conceptual designs to meet your requirements.
-Resource Consent drawings and consulting with Planners to obtain Resource Consents.
-Building Consent drawings and arranging structural design input and other specialists documentation to obtain Building Consent.
-On site overseeing of the projects progress on behalf of the client.
