    In an interview with last year’s Best Awards Black Pin winner Dean Poole of Alt Group, he said the design agency could be huge but instead it just wants to be “small, nimble and do good work for a long, long time”. It’s a philosophy that seems to be holding it in good stead with the firm picking up a bunch of design awards as of late, but the latest honour to grace the agency is reserved for Poole himself.
